Are there really no limits on mailboxes?
Correct. We charge based on the total number of emails you send per month, not the number of inboxes you use to send them. You can connect 5 or 500 Microsoft Exchange accounts on the Starter plan—as long as your total volume stays under 50,000 sends/month.
Why is the pricing tailored for Microsoft Exchange?
Exchange mailboxes can be created for cents, while Google Workspace typically runs $6/mo per inbox. When scaling cold email with dozens of accounts, Exchange is the only way to keep costs low. Heyo is built exclusively to support and scale Exchange infrastructure.
Do warmup emails count towards my monthly limit?
No! All emails sent within our peer-to-peer warmup network are completely free and unlimited. Only actual campaign emails sent to your prospects count towards your 50,000 or 200,000 monthly limit.
What happens if I go over my contact limit?
You won't be able to import new contacts until you upgrade to the Growth plan or delete old, inactive contacts to free up space. We will never automatically charge you overage fees.
Can I cancel or upgrade at any time?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade to Growth, downgrade to Starter, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your billing dashboard.
